Memories
History
Emlo's history began with Endustri Muhendislik Limited Ortakligi, founded by civil engineer Nafiz Hayirlioglu. By the 1970s, the business had undertaken construction projects in Istanbul and Ankara and had also worked in mining.
Following his death in 1981, civil engineer Alpaslan Hayirlioglu, mechanical engineer Cenk Hayirlioglu and architect Duygu Hayirlioglu continued the family's work in construction and engineering.
The business subsequently operated as Emlo Insaat Turizm Sanayi ve Dis Ticaret Limited Sirketi. Emlo Muhendislik ve Musavirlik Hizmetleri Limited Sirketi was established in 1999, extending the business into engineering and consultancy.
The construction works and development studies presented on this site form part of that history. They provide the background to our practical approach to projects and professional advice.
